Everything is still going well. I've pretty much stayed within 3-4 pounds of my last drop weight. It's very cool. I would still love to be down another 5-10 pounds so I might do another round right after Christmas. We will see.

P3 day 15

Woo! Back down to my LIW weight.

Starting LIW weight: 124.9
Yesterday: 125.3
Today: 124.9

Yesterday's menu:

Breakfast: half an orange, tea with hnh
Snack: 2 oz macadamia nuts
Lunch: Big Green salad with lots of veggies, 2 oz turkey breast
Snack: Half an apple, tea with hnh.
dinner: lemon roasted chicken leg, stirfry veggies with olive oil topped with butter.

I also had a piece of chocolate after lunch. I was pretty hungry and having just that little bit was enough to tell my brain that I'm done.

I've been bad today at work, I made some raspberry mousse cups and I licked the spoon on the way to the dishwasher. It was just soooo dang good. I also had 2 bites if my daughter's cinnamon roll. I just couldn't help myself. I will be sooo good the rest of the day. Promise.

P3 Day 14

Steak day!

It was a really good steak day, I had about 10 oz of elk tenderloin. It wasn't my favorite but it's what we had. It surprisingly close to beef in taste. Lower calories and fat. It was sliced too thin and it got overcooked a bit. I like my steak thick and medium rare with lots of garlic. YUM!
This morning I was happy to be down 2 pounds.

Today: 125.3 (only +.4 bove my LIW! Yea!!)

P3 day 12

Up and down, up and down. I hope my weight will stabilize soon. This is driving me crazy!

At this moment I'm up 1.9 from my LIW, and up almost three from my very lowest last VLCD day. It is a little harder than I thought it would be to keep the same weight. I'm still trying though.

P3 Day 7

One week of P3 done! I ate so much yesterday. Wanna see?


Tuesday's Menu:
Breakfast: 2 egg omelet with mushrooms, onion, salsa and sour cream.
snack: 1 oz. macadamia nuts
Lunch: Big salad with mixed lettuce, tomato, green onions, broccoli, and cauliflower. Olive oil and vinegar dressing.
Snack: 1 hb egg with T. mayo, tea with 1T. hwc
Dinner: Roasted lemon chicken leg, little bit of chicken breast, 2 C. mashed cauliflower with onion cream cheese and hwc mixed in.
Snack: strawberries with sweetened sour cream (the best thing ever!!)

Starting LIW weight: 124.9
Yesterday: 125.1
Today: 125.2 (+.3)
+/- from yesterday: +.1

Not too bad, hopefully I'm either eating the right things, I'm burning more calories, or my body is starting to accept this weight. Hopefully all three!

P3 day 6

It was a steak correction day today. It was kinda hard to go without eating all day. My tummy growled a lot in the morning but after drowning it in water every time it finally stopped. I drank so much water to keep from being hungry. It helped a lot. For dinner I had a big T-bone steak and a tomato. I was very happy to see I had dropped two whole pounds this morning. It was worth it. I hope I don't have to do another one for a while though.

I'll be very careful what I eat today and exercise a bit and hopefully my weight will start to stabilize.

P3 day 5

Well, I'm still gaining just a little bit every day now. Today I woke up to +2.2 over my LIW so I will be doing a steak correction day today. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong to keep gaining every day. It's so frustrating to see it go up, up, up. I want it to stay the same! Dang it.

P3 day 2

Well I still gained a bit, not as much as yesterday. I didn't have any cheese or ham. I think I had a little too much yesterday. I didn't realize how much I missed it.

Dinner: 1 C. homemade spaghetti sauce with ground beef, 2C. green beans with 2T. butter, green salad with 1T. balsamic dressing

Today: 126.3 (+1.5 LIW)

I had hoped for either staying the same or losing a bit. Not too happy with a gain. AT least it's not as much as yesterday. Hopefully tomorrow will be a no gain!

Phase 3 Day 1

Thank you to everyone for all the sweet and wonderful comments. It's so hard to post the before pics.

I ate P3 yesterday. I tried to eat clean. I might have had too much cheese and ham but it was so good! I got on the scale today and wow, sticker shock. I am up 1.8 from yesterday and 1.1 from my LIW. I hope this is temporary. Today I'll stay away from the cheese. I ate almost 1,500 calories and I was so full. I had a hard time trying to get calories in. I hope the gain is just from my body not being used to so much food, and I really hope it's back down tomorrow. I'm slightly panicked. If it goes up at all then I'll have to do a steak day tomorrow.

Menu:
Breakfast: Orange, 2 scrambled eggs with 2 slices of nsa ham, 2 T. onion, 1/4 cheddar cheese, 1/2 T. butter (best breakfast ever)
Lunch: 3 slices nsa ham, 1 slice of havarti cheese, 2T. mayo wrapped up in a lg. piece of romaine.
Snack: Half an apple with 1 slice of havarti cheese
Dinner: 6 oz. grilled chicken, 1 celery stalk, 2 C. romaine, half a tomato, 1T. Ranch dressing.
Snack: 1T. almond butter, 1 celery stalk

Please let tomorrow be better!

Chest: before: 36" now: 34" (2" lost)
Waist: before: 31" now: 26" (5" lost)
hip/lower belly: before: 38" now: 32" (6 " lost)
arm: before: 12" now: 11" (1" lost)

I'm the most happy with my waist and belly sizes. That is where I wanted to lose it the most.


New pants and a tight stretchy shirt!! I love it!
